At Adobe Outlet, we provide a platform to promote Indigenous-owned businesses through job postings ($100/month), business listings ($60/month or $612/year), and event postings ($45/month). This Payment Terms Policy outlines the terms for purchasing these services. By using our paid services, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and other linked policies. 1. Fees and Services
Our platform offers the following paid services:
Job Posting: $100 for a 30-day job listing.
Business Listing (Monthly): $60 per month for a business listing.
Business Listing (Annual): $612 per year for a business listing (15% savings compared to monthly billing).
Event Posting: $45 for a 30-day event listing.
All fees are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Supported methods include:
Credit or debit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Other methods as displayed at checkout.
You must provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
3. Billing and Payment Terms
One-Time Payments: Job postings ($100), event postings ($45) are charged as one-time fees upon submission, and monthly business listings ($60) are billed monthly on the subscription start date, covering a 30-day listing period. Annual business listings ($612) are billed as a one-time payment upon subscription, covering 12 months.
Automatic Renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT) added to the listed fees.
4. Payment Failures
If a payment fails (e.g., declined card, insufficient funds):
We will notify you via email and attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days.
If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend or remove your listings or account until payment is received.
You are responsible for any fees incurred due to failed payments (e.g., bank charges).
5. Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally:
Fees for job and event postings are non-refundable once the listing is live.
Monthly business listings are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once the listing is live.
Annual business listings may be eligible for a prorated refund within 7 days of purchase, minus any applicable fees, if the listing has not been used.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:
We may suspend your account and listings pending resolution.
You agree to provide documentation to resolve disputes promptly.
Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account termination and liability for associated costs.
7. Changes to Fees
We may adjust fees for our services with 30 days’ notice via email or a site announcement. Updated fees apply to new or renewing subscriptions after the notice period.
