Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2025

At Adobe Outlet, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our platform, which promotes Indigenous-owned businesses via job postings ($100/month), business listings ($60/month or $612/year), and event postings ($45/month).

This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be considered. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and other linked policies. For questions, contact us at support@adobeoutlet.com.

1. Non-Refundable Services

To maintain the integrity and operational efficiency of our platform, all fees for our services are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below.

This includes:

Job Postings ($100): Fees for 30-day job postings are non-refundable once the listing is submitted, as we incur immediate costs to promote and display your listing to our targeted audience.

Business Listings ($60/month or $612/year): Monthly and annual listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is live, reflecting the immediate visibility and resources provided.

Event Postings ($45): Fees for 30-day event postings are non-refundable once the listing is submitted, due to the promotional services rendered.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:

Technical Errors: If a listing fails to appear on our platform due to a verifiable technical error on our part (e.g., server failure), and the issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase, we may issue a full or prorated refund.

Duplicate Charges: If you are inadvertently charged multiple times for the same service due to a platform error, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

Annual Listings: For annual business listings ($612), you may request a prorated refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the listing has not been activated or viewed publicly. A $50 processing fee will apply.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

To protect our platform’s sustainability, refunds will not be issued for:

Listings that have been live, even briefly, as they receive immediate exposure to our audience.

User errors (e.g., submitting incorrect listing details, dissatisfaction with response rates).

Changes in your business or event plans (e.g., cancellation of an event or job opening).

Failure to cancel a subscription (e.g., monthly business listings) before the renewal date.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Submit your request in writing to support@adobeoutlet.com within the applicable timeframe (e.g., 7 days for annual listings, 48 hours for technical errors).

Include your account details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue.

We will review requests within 10 business days and, if approved, process refunds via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted.

Monthly Business Listings ($60): You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Annual Business Listings ($612): No refunds are available after the 7-day window or once the listing is live, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals (if applicable).
